Day 7 - Cinque Terre

Port Livorno.

Which was near Pisa/Florence, and we have visited these places in Italy last yr, so we opted for Cinque Terre scenic boat tour. (because I wasn't kiasu enough, the land tours were all full).

It was a damn early meet up time of 7:45am. Which means I need to wake up at 6.30 to prepare ourselves, and done by 7am so I can wake Emma up and prep the grouchy princess. We got our breakfast delivered to our room.

It was a under 2hr ride to another port where we will take a boat to Cinque Terre. This guide was not bad, he talked a lot on Italy history, culture. The biggest takeaway is, there's no real Italians. It just happen to be a group of cities sitting on the same peninsula. Cities in Italy are very independent cities, and individuals with different cultures and different dialects/languages. They are Floretians/Venicians/ Pisians first, and Italian second. Thats why each city use to have a city wall.

The we went on a boat to visit the 5 villages.

The sea were rough on that day, we couldn't dock in one of the village cause the waves were too strong and the rope snap.

We were dropped off at two villages, and honestly... they look similar to other villages which we visited.

After we were back from our tour, she wants to be dropped off for clubbing again, and she made an unicorn eye patch, flag and random skull.

 It was pirate night party!
