France VS New York

Which?

Looking and researching on France road trip itineraries, my colleague gave me one he did in France, which look pretty do-able!

Honestly slighly bored of States since we went there in two consecutive years. 3-weeks West Coast in 2011 and 9 days Hawaii in 2012.

Europe sounds good now, especially with our previous besteverrr Greece trip!

We can love weekdays too~

Work's a pain sometimes, I would like to say or imagine that its a small part of our life, and most importantly, not the main part. Its always happy to have someone and something to look forward to go home everyday. I hate to say this, but only a parent would understand. Or actually, a newly dating couple would to, the feeling of going for a date. Just that now, as a parent, we feel it every.single.day. Wonderful I must say.

One of the nights, where we got back way too early, and had plenty of time to spare. She decided to run rounds on her bed. Which was fine with us, cause shes way too energised for bedtime, someone needs to empty her duracell energy level.

She really just did rounds, up and down, repeat 30 times.

And then we did too celebrate the lantern festival!

Speaking of which, the night of the lantern festival, the puny playground cum puny mini park was packed with kids!! They were probably on a set-the-playground-on-fire mission. But on a happier patriotic note, there were indian families carrying the lanterns. How multicultural!

Just very happy~

Everyday, I'm happy that I can be at my mum's for a nice home cooked meal that doesn't involved me cooking. I'm happy that I get to spend 2-3hrs daily with Emma.

Shes sleeping slightly later now, cause we're weaning her off the pacifier with great success!!

I'm very happy to be home every single day!!

Sunday #OOTD

Its a rainy day today.

The Book Cafe

Today we went another joint near Kith. I was really contemplating whether to return to Kith, but went the nearby The Book Cafe. Recently, I'm big on places with toys, I love the fact that Emma can enjoy the time spent out as much as we do. She obbiously doens't care for good food, she only want toys.

And this place has toys! Plenty. And they've got sofas and short tables which are great for us, cause its all within Ems reach, we didn't had to bother carrying her in and out of the high chair.

The food was normal, Kith has yummier sausages! And hubs gets his steak for breakfast. Again!

Adventure Cove + Kith

Yesterday was a tiring day. We woke up bright and early for my company's family day, which was at Adventure Cove!! I lovvveee water theme parks. So I've got pretty high expectations for it, I must say it did not quite live up to my expectations from what I've heard. The rides were definitely not as exciting as I hope it was. We were on the way down a slide, and looking at the loops and loops, I though it would be more exciting, and as we go down, I was waiting for the heart-lifting part, but before I knew it, *splash*! The ride ended. Uber disappointed.

So, Emmilicious recent obsession - big girl water bottle. We got her one of her own and shes super happy drinking from it. (The rest in the pictures are her cousin's).

A Saturday family photo.

When hubs got reminded again that he hasn't got a neck. So we had to help him grow a neck.

Who doesn't love Saturdays. WE LOVEEEE SATURDAYSSS. I need to declare it as my favourite day of the week. So much things to look forward to. And I love Sunday mornings too.

This morning, we went to try Kith @ Roberson Quay. I'm quite sure we'll be back again. The best thing we loveeeee is it opens at 7am. Quite suit our early bird Emma. We ordered a big breakfast which I loveeeeee. They had the yummiest sausage which I selfishly did not offer hubs eat a single bite.

Cause I ordered him his favourite Sirloin Steak sandwich.

Heloo? Steak for breakfast?!!? Life cannot be better than this for him [other than 1) marrying me and 2) having ems as his daughter]. This is enough reason to justify me having the delicious sausage to MYSELFFF.

Other good thing about this place. Super children friendly. I love this place. They got toys for kids!!

We'll definitely be back!! Probably next week?
