So in love with my current screen savers. Only daddy can take such pretty pictures of his daughter.

Preach
I try my best not to preach / being too obsessed with a particular topic however you want to term it. I used to hate it when I was... slightly younger (not that I'm old now). I used to get annoyed. I think thats what you may think or feel strongly about, but I probably think differently about it too. And also, I think Preaching is one of the things that oldies does.
Subconsciously now, I am doing something I used to dislike. If I realise it, I'll definitely put a stop to it. If I don't, thats terrible for the audience / non-audience-pretending-to-listen. And of cause, this is a terrible sign that I'm getting old-er.
Just yesterday. I was having dinner with two singles guys. And I realised I got drifted away trying to promote a relationship / marriage / family.
I do strongly believe in relationships, not because that it solve the problem of loneliness, but because falling in love is a wonderful feeling! Its actually the best feeling you'll ever have before you have a child. Once you have a child, having a child to love is the best feeling ever! Of cause all these are words, until you've been there and done that. Before I had Emma, all these were just words to me, words I read in articles, words I hear coming out of people mouth, having absolute zero meaning.
But, feeling is believing.
Fall in love. Have a kid!! (Marriage is probably optional.)
This is my solution, for not Preaching out of my mouth.

Saint Paul de Vence
Saint Paul de Vence. We simply love love love this place!!! We don't have enough pictures of it, I wish I could pack it in my luggage and bring it back!
The entrance of the village
Le Tille, where we had our tea everyday. Where we had dinner every other day. They serve the best steak!!
At Le Tille
The stone wall which I totally loveeeeee!!!!
The cobble stone walkways which made me felt like I was in some RPG game.
The narrow passage ways which obviously might be sued for discrimination by fat people who might not be able to pass through.
The view of French Alphs
The cutesy shops with so much to see!
And many other things which we love all of it!!!
Ah... I miss the place already..
This place was the highlight of our trip. Its a small village with 350 residents. But it has so much to offer. So much. So much.
We spent a considerable amount of time soaking in this village, enjoying every moment of it. In our hearts, this has taken over Santorini (for the time being), till our next destination!
Day 5: Jardins Ephrussi de Rothschild and Picasso
So we set off as usual and we planned to visit a villa call Jardins Ephrussi de Rothschild. Then to our shocked, we were met with crazy weather for the day. Check out the roads.
We've never seen this before. The waves were swelling and actually quite scary, cause they were very very near us, and it felt like it will sweep the car away along with the waves anytime. But of cause the winds weren't THAT STRONG, we rented a normal 5 seater car, and we were still able to travel at pretty normal fast speed. So I guess its not that bad? (I was told that New Zealand's coastal drive the wind will be so strong that the car can't be driven too fast as it will overturn??!!?? Sounds more like a hurricane over at NZ. Can't imagine.)
I literally felt like I was bona be blown away. The road sign boards were like jittery!
Back at the villa. I couldn't tell the story of it, but this place is suppose to be famous. I didn't get a chance to listen to the story, because I was as busy as Emma, running amok (after her).
And, we ended with a little shopping at the streets!

Most expensive Thai food ever! *gulp*
This meal that we had in St Paul definitely deserve a post by itself. Not because its exceptionally nice, but cause its the most expensive Thai food we've ever eaten, in my ENTIRE life.
I've got a bad habit when I'm overseas, I don't usually go to the details of the pricing. I take a quick glance over the menu and if the individual pricing are pretty alright, I'll just go ahead and order (sometimes till my heart/stomach content). I did the same this time round. We had got 4 adults, so I ordered 1 soup, 1 plate of spring roll, 1 green curry, 2 fried rice (because the serving was small), 1 veggie. We had tap water, actually we drank tap water at every meal in restaurants, cause coke was like 4 Euros each. I think we can make do with free tap water.
My dad went to foot the bill, and he came back and just sat down. I asked how much. THE FREAKING BILL WAS 100 EUROS!!! Thats about 170 SGD!! I almost fell off my chair.
Emma couldn't look at us even. Though I was the one who did the ordering.
No wonder they had this in their restaurant.
There's hardly any chinese restaurant during our trip, this was the closest we could get. Is this a good excuse in my own defence?
