Books in the mail~

Look what came in the mail today! Emma's books! There are a few things that will keep Emma still, food, hi-5 and books. Of them all, books is one which we indulge her in, and also cause we're the ones reading to her, so it has to appeal to us most importantly as well.

Bouncy Jungle

This which hubs disapproves of, cause there were too many deaths in the the storyline.

Finally we got one of the series of The Very Hungry Caterpillar

This, impresses me the most and I'll definitely get more of this series! I got Alice in Wonderland.

The pictures inside is amazing!! Love it soo much!

Very colourful and the cartoons are all very cutesy-ly drawn!

As I write this, its 5:47am, and I'm in Khoo Teck Puat A&E for continuous diarohhea since Tuesday. Woke up at 4am and the tummy pain is killing me with the last straw of diarohhea. Took a miracle jab, and GREAT RELIEF from my tummy pain. A bit de jevu from my labour last year, but hubs doesn't think so, he has his own version of my labour running in his mind that he said its irreplaceable (poo shooting straight out from my arsehole like atomic gun). Anyway I'm just glad to be relief from my tummyache and toilet runs.

Stomach flu

I've been down with stomach flu since Tuesday. It hasn't been quite kind with the vomitting, nauseous, diarohhea. One revealation. Since Tuesday noon, I hadn't had much food, one bowl of soup which came right out of my mouth shortly. I weigh myself on Wednesday morning, zero weight loss.

Wednesday I had a small cup of milo, some bread, one bottle of barley for the entire day. Diarohhea continues yesterday night that kept me awake almost the entire night. This morning I weigh myself, only 1 kg loss. So it takes this long, and this much misery to lose that 1 kg!

Emma's been doing so much better. From 8 times diarohhea on Tuesday, to 3 times yesterday. And we ate totally different things, but doc say stomach flu's viral, so I reckon I got it from her cause she got the watery shit first.. hope shes doing much better today! But with the loose stools and all, shes still her happy chirpy self!

And our 2nd installment of Emma growing up.

Second day of long weekend, we cancelled our planned swim, cause yesterday night Emma was down with fever at 38 deg, but it was gone after one dose of meds *phew*

So we went to try Grubs!

In my new favourite tshirt from Roxy that I got from Phuket.

Don't know why I scrunched up my lips when Emma kissed me.

Food was fatabulous!! The menu was refreshing for a change from the normal bacon-harshbrown-baked-beans menu. I had fish burger set, and hubs got some beef patty thingy. They had drinks that costs $2.50!!

Definitely will be back!! Love this place!!

And lastly. PHOTOBOMB!

Phuket Day 3 Part 1

Skipping Day 2 Part 2, because I don't see my husby's photos from his camera appear in the desktop folder Phuket, so I presume he hasn't load his photos from his camera to the computer yet. So this is the only photo we have at Patong Beach.
Moving on, to Day 3. Wearing our shoes.
And in matchy-match with Emma~ That's what daughters are for!

Totally chilling out the breakfast buffet

Buffet every morning. Husby is the happiest of them all.
View from our breakfast area. 2 long slides that goes down the swimming pool.

And we went for our last swim before we check out in the noon.

And she went back and zonked out after the swim.
The rest of the Phuket trip will wait till husby decides not to be too lazy and load his photos. If he's quick, it'll take a month, if not, maybe 2.

Happy Vesak Day~

Went shopping today! Loveee shopping, especially for Emma. Baby girls clothes are just soo adorable. But adorable comes with a price, and now, the price is right! Gap's having a sale, wonderful! So some of their pieces costs as much as what the States are offering. Only some, like their t-shirts.

This is from Zara though. Too adorable to resists.

Others from Gap.

Love their bright colours, cutesy pictures and the glitters!

Tights goes a longg way. Emma has a huge collection. She starts by wearing them as long pants, and as she grows it becomes the normal 3/4 tights the way it should be. Its not as hot as denim, and super comfy!

Phuket Day 2 Part 1

Day 2 continues with much more lazing.
She obviously was enjoying herself and the bed.
We were lazy to go anywhere or explore for breakfast, so we're more than happy to have the buffet breakfast at the resort which was not too bad. Emma loves it, the bread section, fruits and most importantly, banana cake.
And sofa seat.
There were sofa seat everywhere we go, so she had much more fun on it.
Made our meal times much easier.
After breakfast we hung around the huge lobby
And more lazing around... until...
She found new happiness...
The playground...
This was actually just a part of the kids playground, but we didn't bother going to the other area which was pretend toys and some play gym stuff. Because she was totally enjoying herself here.. so much..
That we spent 2 hours here straight....
Just on this slide and the balls.

She did zonk out after this!
